The Ghana Corporate Brands Awards (GCBA) made a strong return this year with a gala ceremony that brought together senior executives, entrepreneurs, and brand leaders to honor companies and individuals excelling in corporate branding.
Organized by Maven Communications, the event recognized over 30 brands across industries including manufacturing, finance, healthcare, and mobility. Winners were assessed on corporate social responsibility (CSR), innovation, market impact, leadership, and brand consistency.
“The GCBA provides a platform to celebrate organizations that distinguish themselves not only through profitability, but also by shaping markets, supporting communities, and maintaining brand integrity,” said Seth Danso Asante, Events Director of GCBA.

Selection and Impact
Eligibility required companies to be registered in Ghana, operate from a physical location, and comply with tax and social security obligations. Entries were judged on CSR projects, innovation, brand consistency, and growth.
Beyond recognition, the awards provided a networking platform, with a black-tie gala featuring entertainment, a VIP dinner, and opportunities for businesses to showcase achievements and build partnerships.
According to Maven Communications, the awards highlight how companies are adapting to consumer trends, leveraging technology, and embedding social responsibility.
“Branding today is about consistency, responsibility, and impact,” Mr. Asante noted. “The GCBA celebrates companies that stand out in a crowded market while making a positive difference in society.”
