BTA2023 It’s Happening BIG! The AEA & TAENet Awards and Dinner Night
For over 14 years, the African Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA) has been a beacon of transformation, empowering over 1,500 entrepreneurs across Ghana and other African countries. This year, we’re taking it a step further as we unite to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our alumni and network of entrepreneurs at the highly anticipated AEA & TAENet Awards and Dinner Night. This prestigious event is more than an awards ceremony—it’s a celebration of impact, resilience, and innovation. It’s a night to honor those who are shaping the future of entrepreneurship across the African continent.
The AEA & TAENet Vision
Last year, we launched an initiative to strengthen our network of entrepreneurs, many of whom are alumni of AEA, to foster collaboration, growth, and recognition. The AEA & TAENet Awards were born from this vision, as an annual event to celebrate entrepreneurs making remarkable strides in their industries.
The Nominees
This year, we are thrilled to unveil the nominees—entrepreneurs whose determination and innovation are creating change across the continent. Each nominee represents the spirit of African entrepreneurship, embodying the qualities of leadership, impact, and excellence.
Categories of Winners
The awards will feature two sets of winners:
- Category Winners – Celebrating excellence in specific fields of entrepreneurship.
- Overall Entrepreneur of the Year – Honoring the individual with the most outstanding overall impact.
How Winners Are Chosen
Winners will be determined through a combination of voting and assessments by our esteemed AEA Board of Judges, ensuring a fair and transparent selection process.
