Ghana Entrepreneurs Foundation Marks 15 Years of Driving Business Excellence

The Ghana Entrepreneurs Foundation commemorated its 15th Anniversary Awards and Dinner Gala on Friday, August 1, 2025, in Accra — a milestone that highlights nearly two decades of championing entrepreneurial leadership and private sector development in Ghana.

Held under the theme “Celebrating 15 Years of Honouring Entrepreneurial Excellence,” the event brought together top industry leaders, policymakers, investors, and business stakeholders to celebrate entrepreneurial impact across the nation.

A major highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award to distinguished personalities whose work has significantly influenced Ghana’s economic landscape.

Honourees included:

  • His Royal Majesty Naa Prof. Edmund Nminyem Delle Chiir VIII

  • Dr Paul Kofi Fynn

  • Dr Felix Kwaku Anyah

  • Mr Parshotam Aidasani

The Foundation also unveiled its exclusive “Top 25 Most Influential Entrepreneurs of All Time” list. The list includes:

  • Dr Joseph Siaw Agyepong (Jospong Group)

  • Dr Theresa Oppong-Beeko (Manet Group)

  • Dr Daniel McKorley (McDan Group)

  • Ms Esther Cobbah (Stratcomm Africa)

These entrepreneurs have played a critical role in shaping Ghana’s business environment and advancing economic growth.

Delivering the keynote address on behalf of Chief of Staff Julius Debrah, Presidential Staffer Elvis Afriyie Ankrah reaffirmed government’s commitment to creating an enabling environment for businesses, emphasizing the importance of entrepreneurial resilience in national development.
