Prudential Life Insurance Ghana kicked off its 10th Anniversary celebration in grand style with a Gala and Awards Ceremony at the luxurious Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra. The event, held in January 2025, honored the company’s staff, agents, partners, and customers, celebrating a decade of excellence and growth.
A Night of Recognition and Celebration
The evening brought together industry leaders, distinguished partners, and key stakeholders. Among the guests were Prudential Africa CEO, Emmanuel Aryee Mokobi, as well as board members and senior management from Prudential Ghana. Representatives from Fidelity Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, CalBank, Zenith Bank, brokerage firms, Ghana Insurers Association, and the National Insurance Commission also graced the occasion.

The night began with a glamorous Red-Carpet Experience, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. Guests were treated to a mesmerizing performance by the Noyam Dance Institute, reflecting Prudential’s values and mission.
Renowned Master of Ceremonies, Jerry Adjorlolo, kept the audience engaged, leading seamlessly into the Awards and Presentations segment, where outstanding performers across various categories were celebrated.
Insights from Prudential Leaders
A thought-provoking panel discussion featured Prudential Africa CEO, Emmanuel Aryee Mokobi, Prudential Life Ghana Board Chair, Karen Akiwumi-Tanoh, and Prudential Life Ghana CEO, Jane Dornukuor Mingle.
Emmanuel Aryee Mokobi reflected on Prudential Ghana’s role in expanding Prudential’s footprint in Africa, stating:
“The success story of Ghana is what has paved the way for the expansion of Prudential in Africa.”
He urged staff and agents to stay focused on making Prudential the number one insurer in Ghana, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and value-driven product offerings.
Jane Mingle, CEO of Prudential Life Insurance Ghana, reaffirmed the company’s commitment, stating:
“Our vision for the future is clear: to be number one and become the employer of choice for top-quality staff and all agents in the country. We also want to be the Preferred Life Insurance Brand to protect every life and every future in Ghana.”
A Step Towards Sustainability
A major highlight of the night was the unveiling of Prudential Ghana’s first electric vehicle (EV) fleet, marking a significant step in its sustainability journey. The initiative aligns with the company’s goal of reducing carbon emissions and achieving operational carbon neutrality within the next decade.

The celebration continued with the recognition of MDRT Winners, Emerald Club Winners, and Diamond Club Winners. The night’s top awards included:
