Business Development Executive
AEA Business School & TAENet
The African Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA) and TAENet are seeking a smart, energetic, and people-oriented Business Development Executive to support growth, partnerships, and community engagement.
Location: AEA HUB, Kwashieman – Hongkong
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: GHS 1,800 – GHS 2,000Key Responsibilities
* Drive student, client, and partner acquisition
* Support marketing and sales activities for AEA programs and TAENet initiatives
* Actively engage prospects and communities online and offline
* Manage and grow AEA & TAENet presence on social media
* Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, partners, and stakeholders
* Assist in program promotions, events, and outreach activities
Requirements
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
* Very good social media and digital engagement skills
* Strong people, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Some experience or strong interest in entrepreneurship or business development
* Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
