Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Cape Coast. The Social Media Manager will oversee day-to-day social media activities, including creating, curating, and managing content across various platforms. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing social media posts, monitoring and responding to audience engagement, and analyzing social media metrics to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and implement data-driven improvements
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
