As we grow our brand, we’re looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help bring our voice and vision to life across digital platforms.
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be the creative force behind our social channels. You’ll conceptualize and create content that engages, educates, and excites our community. From trend-driven TikToks to polished Instagram reels, your content will reflect the vibrant energy of our brand and connect with our audience on a deeper level.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute content strategies across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
– Create high-quality photo, video, and written content that aligns with brand voice and aesthetic
– Stay on top of social media trends and viral challenges, adapting them to fit our brand
– Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, and community engagement
– Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and brand ambassadors to co-create authentic content
– Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement
– Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content is delivered on time
Requirements
– Proven experience as a content creator
– Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (mobile or professional software)
– A deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
– Passion for haircare, beauty, and inclusive storytelling
– Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
– Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
