Vinci Hair Clinic Ghana is part of the world leading medical group Vinci Hair Clinic with headquarters in London, UK. We have over 33 clinics in over 15 countries worldwide. We specialise in hair loss restoration.
The Accra clinic opened in May 2019 and we are looking to build up the local team with the recruitment of a high profile and dynamic Business Development and Sales manager.
Person specification:
– Dynamic self starter.
– Drive to chase down and convert online leads.
– Confidence and ability to relate to high net worth individuals.
– Articulate and an excellent communicator.
– Impeccable social media marketing skills.
– Proven experience of successfully selling medical services.
– Experience of working to and achieving revenue targets.
– Experience of working with international brands within the service sector is essential and within the medical aesthetic sector would be ideal.
– University graduate with international exposure
Job Description:
– Achieving sales targets set and agreed.
– Independently following up leads generated through social and digital marketing.
– Setting up appropriate reports to keep track of leads
– Ensuring proper interface with CRM system by inputting relevant information
– Working with the CEO and Communications director to identify and develop partnerships and develop the corporate associate program.
– Independently identifying other channels for generating leads.
