Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Supervisor located in Accra. The Product Supervisor will oversee day-to-day tasks related to product quality, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising product development, analyzing market trends, communicating with stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, and training staff.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide top-notch customer service
- Training: Experience in conducting training sessions and developing staff skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
- Master’s in marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 4 years related experience
